For day 15, we’re back to those ancient 14-year-old-Dommy zodiac villains again, this time with Sagittarius, and yeah of course he’s a centaur archer, I was 14

Unlike most of the other members of the dastardly Stellar Twelve, Sagittarius doesn’t have an alias and doesn’t hold a position of influence in the world. Instead, he acts as the group’s lead assassin, roaming the world to silently take out anyone he deems a threat. This included Adjo’s master back when he was alive, so that big ol’ mecha mummy really wants to murder this guy.

He has the ability to create a field of Silence around himself so that enemies never hear him galloping towards them, and also to create arrows of energy, though for some reason I always insisted it wasn’t the same energy that Terry, Ruby, Johnny and Virgo used, that was weird of me.

Day 13 we’re going for an oldie, it’s one of the zodiac-based villains from my old comic Magel, who was always part of the story but never got the chance to be drawn... until now! Meet Taurus! Here you can see him in his power armour that he usually inhabits and also his possibly-familiar true self...

Taurus, or Geezer as those close to him might call him, is a supergenius who has control over all of the world’s factories through his position in the Stellar Twelve. He’s a brilliant inventor who has expertly crafted things people wouldn’t hesitate to call impossible, dangerous or even insane... 

Or at least he was, but to be frank he’s gone a bit senile. He’s a very grouchy guy and very stubborn too. Unlike the rest of the Stellar Twelve, he refuses to drink from Aries’ fountain of youth, being a bit of a crackpot and having conspiracy theories about its effects. The rest of the twelve instead have to trick him into drinking it in order to keep him just about alive, since he’s too important to let die, and he hasn’t yet noticed in the few centuries they’ve been doing it.

Originally, Geezer was a character for a Smash Bros-based RP set in an MMO game, where he was the grandfather of multiple players who had been forced to play along with them. His character was Olimar-classed and he was very confused and annoyed by his Pikmin ‘stalkers’

Related note, we’re done with the Stellar Twelve for the month, sorry Aquarius, Sagittarius, Taurus and fuckin’ Ophiuchus, I’ll do them at the end of the month if I have time but they weren’t scheduled and we’re crammed!!

You no longer have to wonder why today is so late, it’s obviously the combined majesty of Boss Gem and Boss Ini, also known collectively as you fuckin guessed it Gemini

Gem, the lady, and Ini (pronounced like Eli) the fellow, are twin mobsters who have always been criminals even in their long-gone, more heroic days. As members of the Stellar Twelve, they control the criminal underworld; even the dark, shadiest criminal circuits are unwittingly controlled by the corrupted government!

Gemini are both superhuman experts in hand-to-hand combat, Gem being a master of several martial arts and Ini being a more instinctual, savage brawler. Between them they also possess an unusual ability: if they both land punch the same target simultaneously, they create a clone of said target that is under their control... and also the opposite gender of the original, because 14 year old weeaboo shonen shenanigans!! Still, genderswaps or not, bumping up what was already a 2-on-1 fight to a 3-on-1 fight hardly seems fair does it?

Despite representing the sign of Gemini together, they are considered separate members of the Stellar Twelve, meaning a different sign is missing, who could that be, why could that be, will I ever tell you, who knows

Oops running late, sorry, here’s today’s villain, Judge Scales, aka Libra

Libra is an enigmatic person, often speaking in riddles, who the heroes encounter under mysterious circumstances several times before learning their identity, though readers were to learn it earlier through their constant pestering of Virgo. Libra has the ability to manipulate a target’s gravity and is fully experienced with maneuvering while using this power on themself.

Despite the ‘Justice Is Blind’ mantra they claim to practice, Libra actually believes the idea of balance is more important than justice, which is a problem considering they’re the manipulating the world’s justice system as a corrupt master judge.

When Bianca is introduced to the story and it’s discovered she is the wielder of a magical sword that Virgo lost in battle long ago, Libra has her arrested under false charges and imprisoned and tortured in the Stellar Twelve’s top secret prison, because Impel Down was ongoing and goddamn it I had to rip it off hardcore, stat!!!

In the climax, Libra was scheduled to be confronted by Mary, but ultimately be defeated by Adjo after he comes to the rescue of the former. There was a cool bit that was gonna happen where Adjo successfully manipulates them into increasing his gravity right above their head, plummeting down towards them; Libra accepts their loss and removes their blindfold to get one final look at the world after centuries right as they are crushed to death beneath the sacrophagus mech, ow the edge, OW

It wouldn’t be a shonen rip-off phase without an angsty edgelord! Today’s OC is the Stellar Twelve’s Professor Snipp, aka Cancer

Cancer was certainly the most try-hard edgy character of the Magel bunch in my opinion, what with all the TRAGIC PAST and ANGSTY APATHY he has going on. A crab Beastman who lost the genetic lottery bigtime, Cancer’s only natural feature was his doofy hands that only had two fingers, like a claw see, snip snip. He hated this as it didn’t make him beastly enough to really fit in with his own kind but was still a deformity that disturbed humans he’d encounter. He found some peace in his ‘brotherhood’ with Leo, but even then he sure was angsty about his misfortunes.

However, he is a beastman of science, and having dedicated his life to genetic research of beastman genes, Cancer eventually improved his own body through mutation and developed the large pincers you see now. With the success of this, he had his real hands sewn shut as a symbol of shunning nature or some edgy shit like that, who cares, fuck man what a loser, where’s your Sharingan nerd. He hates everything and everyone more or less, so he didn’t even care when the Twelve decided to eliminate the Beastman race.

The most important role he had in the story was capturing Johnny and Thaddeus to use as guinea pigs for his experiments, imbuing the heroes with their artificial Magel abilities and vibration manipulation power respectively. These events were also the catalyst for Johnny permanently joining the main cast from his supporting role.

The next member of Magel’s the Stellar Twelve we’ll be looking at is Leo here who is much too egotistical to go by any kind of pseudonym oops

As you can probably gather, Leo is a big, muscular and loud kind of guy, a heavy drinker, lech, carnivore and self-proclaimed king of the jungle he enforces his rule over. Leo is a Lion Beastman, because y’know I had to rip-off Fishmen somehow before Minks were introduced to One Piece, who lost his arms in the Twelve’s battle long ago, but was surgically given modified ones by his ally and sworn-brother Cancer, who we’ll meet here later. These arms have the ability to shape-shift into the limbs of various animals, such as bear claws, elephant hooves, octopus tentacles, etc.

As mentioned last year, I toyed with the idea of a reformed villain joining the Beacon Bandits, and that villain was none other than Leo here to tell you the truth. Though he is introduced as totally into being an evil and corrupt overlord, his attitude towards the villains actions changes when the rest of the Twelve, including fellow beastman Cancer, decide that the entire species must be further subjugated and possibly eliminated altogether to meet their ambitions. Though Leo is exempt from this, and a huge asshole, he actually does care for his people and this would eventually lead to his betrayal and defection to the heroes side, giving them the final boost in manpower and inside information they’d require to enter the climax of the story.

He’d have formed surprisingly fast friends with Mary over their shared love of eating nothing but meat day in day out!
