Dire situations put to rest, Mashirao finally had time to take a breather and really try to acclimate to what was happening to him. From transporting to what he'd come to know as The Hive to transporting to a floating city to being returned to The Hive, but with the threat of lurking, death-bringing monsters to losing himself in the city once all of that had ended-- he'd spent an entire day afterward just lying about in his hut's bed, restless, confused!
But he couldn't allow such a rut to continue a second longer-- a day had been too much as it was. He had to sort himself out-- and what better way to do that than to shop? As ridiculous as it sounded, it was perhaps the only feel of normalcy he could obtain in such a foreign place... and a local had been helpful enough to assist him in exchanging the money he'd had in his pocket for the correct currency, so, why not?
Sector 005-- he was beginning to catch and hold to his bearings more and more, with the help of one Schnee's notes, unfamiliar faces becoming more natural and more expected--
--which is why he was so thrown off when a familiar bob weaved past him in a crowd, his body reacting to the friendly face a bit more excessively than he'd hoped-- yes, he had just rammed his tail into two innocent passerbys as he swung around with unhesitating haste...
But, incredible! Weiss was right, Uraraka really was here in this city, too!
Drat-- had he lost her in his apologizing? Was it really her? "Uraraka-san!" He called over the crowd, clicking his tongue when he couldn't instantly identify her. "Ura--raka--san...!"
