“Have you seen a little white husky puppy about ye big? Completely harmless, I just can't find him.”
Stella didn’t like being bothered in her sleep. So, when she went to roll over to the other side and someone happened to be there, she wasn’t exactly quick to accept. Instead she whined, “Jesse, what’re you doing?” She’s a very light sleeper.
At first, all Jesse could do was mumble incoherently, still half asleep himself. "Sleeping." He finally responded stupidly. After a moment, he buried his head into the pillow below it, slowly becoming just slightly more alert. "Had a bad dream, came to make sure you were alright." Yawn. "Too tired to drive home, decided to crash here."
