I gotta agree that Tirion is a goofy old man but he's not as arrogant as you say? He never commissioned those statues of himself, in fact he straight up told them 'hey man i dont fuckin want this' and then they go and put up this big ass statue in the middle of hearthglen and he's just 'wtf did i just say' and i may be wrong, feel free to correct me on anything, but i'm pretty sure he argued with the same people about the statue of heroes in dalaran just to prevent that one from being him too

I believe that you’re right about him arguing against the statue in Dalaran but I don’t recall him trying to put a foot down over the Light’s Hope/Hearthglen statues? I’ve heard this before from people but have never actually seen a direct quote. Was it an in-game dialogue or something from novels that I missed?

More FateAu! This time I wanted to finally draw how Dm keeps trying to win Jean over because he sees her as a far more useful Master than his own (Manny).

I feel like Horthgar would in a sense baby Jean and dismiss her a lot making her feel like she wasn’t good enough for him or something (probably brings back times when others said she was useless and she was always trying to surpass people to show them better). So Dmitri could play off that until Hrothgar actually says he does (he probably never thought there was an issue before). And only took over/dismissed/saved/protected Jean because he’s a huge dork and cares about her. There’s a lack of communicate between them basically haha

Also I feel so bad I’m probably butchering Hrothgar I’m sorry Steph ;w;
