Stephen Lord is the Mercedes team member that was chosen to receive the Constructor's Trophy last Sunday is Stephen Lord.

Stephen is race team coordinator. He takes care of all organizational things that need to happen to make the team's race weekend as smooth as possible. Stephen has worked with Hamilton since his McLaren days and moved with him to Mercedes in 2013.

The wheels in my head are turning after "Mother's Little Helper"

1. The Black Fairy is a bombass villain and why are we now just meeting her? She's everything I never knew I needed in this show. 2. I need the Black Fairy's backstory with Malcolm like I need air. Seriously though. These two might just be my favorite villains on the show period, and the writers will be missing a huge opportunity of they don't touch on it. IDC if the flashback is with Stephen Lord and not Robbie (though obvs Robbie would be preferred). She's so obsessed with being a "mother" to these kids, and yet Rumple was left behind. I need to know what happened. 3. There has to be a reason Killian was brought to Neverland of all places. I'm hoping he finds a magical weapon or maybe some notes Pan left behind in Neverland on killing the Black Fairy. Maybe secretly he had plans to do away with her. I mean, he did create that magical cuff we saw at the end of season three - who knows what else he could have made? Could he have collected the pixie dust like the Black Fairy was collecting the Black Dust, as a sort of parallel? 4. Is anyone wondering if Malcolm could have started out as one of the babies she stole and tortured in her realm?
