🎶 Childhood is a step in time Parenthood's the same Never miss a chance to get it right... 🎶 When I signed Elliot up to audition for the role of Michael Banks, it was a longshot. He was currently ranking 0/7 on callbacks, had only *just* begun taking dance classes, it was with a theater we’d never even heard of before, and he was up against some serious talent. But it was an opportunity I didn’t want him to miss. And I’m so glad that he did it. He was asked to come for a callback before he’d even left his audition, he had an incredible human step in to read his sides for him with a proper British accent so he could learn his lines, and when he got the role, he was probably more excited than I had ever seen him for just about anything. Thank you, @chorleydavid for believing in his potential. Thank you @iamsarahstorm for getting him started. Thank you Tom and Danielle for being his parents and Samantha for being his sister. Thank you Heidi and Nick for being the most practically perfect Mary and Burt there could ever be.
