My take away from our dynamic symposium yesterday was something Shondra Rhimes had said about how she always says "Yes."
It wasn't the first time that I had someone say this, in fact my literary agent Michelle Murray has also said these words.
So for me, it was more of a reminder to stop playing my life so small. Say yes to opportunities and possibilities and watch your life take on a whole new way to exist.
We are all infinite beings with infinite possibilities and the only boundaries that exist in our lives, are the ones that we embrace, get comfortable with and impose on our own lives.
There is a whole other world outside of your current life circumstances with riches and joys unlike any you have ever known.
And yes, I know it can be scary at times, but Imagine the fear that the early explorers had to confront when they set sail in an ocean that was believed to end at the horizon, or the early pioneers who chose to go out into the mountains with picks and hammers to seek for gold not knowing if their actions would cost them their lives.
This whole world and everything that has been created in it has been about expansion and pushing past boundaries.
Don't let your fears and unreasonable boundaries hold you back and only give you a small and unfulfilled life. You can have anything that you allow yourself to have but first, you will have to untether the ropes that you have placed around your mind and body.
