OH MY GOSH this is quite literally what ive been SERCHING FOR. Legit just found this au but its so amazing. I was wondering if we could perhaps have some tommy and drista doodles?? Or idk maybe just some of the whole gang?

this was a great opportunity to draw more drista and ranboo since I havent fully gotten their designs locked down- so enjoy the doodles!!

i really love tommy and dristas dynamic in steps and I wanna expand on ranboos character more since im not the craziest fan of them anyway? but steps ranboo has a special place in my heart and I wanna give them the love they deserve

also if youre curious these are my designs for the au im working on !! its called 2 steps forward, 3 steps back (steps) and if you wanna know the basics ill be rambling under the cut :1

steps is a vigilante hero au esc story that focuses on tommy, tubbo, ranboo, purpled and drista being vigilantes ! their city suddenly becomes infected with the red vines, and they have to work together to get rid of the infestation before the city is destroyed!

the red vines storyline is different from how it is in the dsmp as well! this time having not bad being the main leader of sorts- but eryn instead!

ive already got chapter 1 all written out, and the majority of the rest of the story is also mostly planned, so i just have to write it ! when I do I fully intend on posting it to ao3, so pls lmk if this sounds interesting to you :D id love to talk more about it if anyone is curious :]

its genuinely made me soso excited that so many people seem interested in my au so far, and I wanna thank you all so much ! it really means the world that so many people are so curious about it!

since these are for me I'll go ahead and answer them !

the main premise of 2 steps forward, 3 steps back is our group of vigilantes goes about their normal lives doing undercover hero work until one day a mysterious figure appears and interrupts their normal. With them comes the spread of a highly infectious virus thats consuming the whole city faster than our vigilantes can figure it out.

Half of our main team gets taken by the virus! Which leaves our other half to make a plan to not only save their friends- but the entirety of their home too!

As for the other question- our five vigilantes are in technicality our main characters, but the characters that appear most in our story is Tommy, Tubbo and Drista :] I try to make it so all our vigilantes are something of a main character, because this is their story, but splitting up povs can be a bit tricky
