Finished #cablegirls ...it was not as great as #elinternado though... What should I watch next? I like series bc it guarantees me a few nights of not getting sucked down the "what to watch while I paint" tunnel which sucks away my painting time... help! I appreciate suggestions in Spanish or English bc I'm mostly looking at my canvas... I am not into action or action hero or slasher zombie shows or stupid shows like "don't trust the b-in apt23" ....(which pretty much glorifies so many idiotic things it would serve well for all kind topic theses!). Most of all I wonder...would a minority latina or black for example, also be the same character? A pretty and well loved protagonist of the show...? ) #stepsoffsoapbox Appreciate suggestions! :*

Ok I'm about to get super sappy for a second. There was a point where I didn't have energy at all to move. #gravesdisease #thyroidissues messed me up so bad and I gained so much weight in such a short time. But I'm not letting it get me down. I decided I had to just work the pounds off no matter how stubborn they want to be falling off. I've been busting my booty coming to the gym 4 times a week. For a while now. And I'm being honest y'all the scale is moving so slow. (Gaining muscle and losing fat) 😂 but I don't mind because I seriously feel so awesome and knowing that I'm getting stronger each time I lift or end up a sweaty mess makes me proud. Every workout isn't a winner but it's better than nothing. So for me being recognized for just showing up at the gym means a lot. And to anyone that's trying to lose weight, gain weight, or just get your heart rate up. Keep up the good work. Even if no one recognizes you.
