Summary:  Derek arrives five minutes later, the bell at the front door jingling when he enters the office. “Why is there blood on the - oh. Oh no.” Derek looks worried, although Stiles suspects it has less to do with the fact that he and Scott are standing over a bloody, unconscious girl, and more to do with who that girl is. There had been a flash of recognition in his eyes when he first saw her, quickly covered with concern, but there nonetheless.
