This is a sterling silver eye dropper fountain pen with a hand engraved double peony design made c1915-1920. There is an open double peony on the cap and one on the barrel. The base of the cap and the barrel are hallmarked SILVER. The overall design is similar to a Parker Jack Knife Safety eyedropper pen including the 18 karat rolled gold plate ball end washer clip. It's an eyedropper with a shut off valve. The cap band is stamped K14 for 14 karat gold plate. The nib is a Number 9 14 karat gold Warranted semi flex with an RT marking. The pen is 5 1/16 inches long. The hard rubber barrel end cap has three patents marked, 64039, 67423, and 126473.
