Max definitely did NOT wake up this morning expecting to be caught in a burning building by noon. He didn’t expect that when he went to his friend’s, that he would by curled up in the corner and batting the flames away from him with his jacket. Was he going to die here? He knew firefighters were outside, he could barely hear the sirens over the roar of the inferno around him. A door burst open somewhere and Max flinched but maybe... just maybe... it was someone to help him. “I-I’m here! P-Please, someone help me!”
