GIF COLOURING TAG: Post some of your gifs before and after editing

Well... these are my gifs headers, hehe! I make gifs so rarely I have nothing to show you and I don’t save my colouring (although come to think of it I probably should). With my headers I am very meticulous and I have everything saved very carefully in case I get a colour change request or decide to make an edit using part of the header design.

As you can see I love love love fiddling with colours on still images. With things like Din’s armour or a white shirt it is all coloured in with a white fill layer set to colour so there is no stray colour at all. I also colour in every item of clothing and very often the hair as well. The first header of Din and Grogu has, for example, 11 different colours, plus the brightness/contrast and levels adjustment layers underneath. Colouring in like this can take a lot of time but I find it very satisfying. :)

I just remembered something.

when i finally played the dialtown demo, that was the first time i’d even SEEN roger because before playing dialtown the only thing of dsaf i’d consumed was one play through of the first game. I knew steven but i didn’t know his name, i just thought his name was phone guy y’know.

so when i encountered roger and steven i was like “oh hello! wait aren’t you from dsaf??” and “oh you’re definitely gay for each other”

I WAS GOING THROUGH IT OKAY. mostly because I was thinking about how Steve’s behavior changed from the beginning to not liking bullies and didn’t care where they were from to wanting to take out every hydra base because he lost his someone that important to him and he never imagined a world without him. his only family, sure he had the howling commandos and Peggy, but he felt more at home with Bucky than anything.
