Washford and Drysdale are absolutely not texters,
Washford sends 10 hour long voice notes and Drysdale sends multiple 30 second voice notes (mostly cus he looses train of thought or thinks it something else to say. They're so both infodumping to eachother though. When I was revising for my alevel history cold war exam, I used voice notes to my friends sososososos much and used it as a massive infodumping yao session and I think they would do that when they need to remember something.
Mainly cus they always have too much to say to eachother and washford is a slow ass texter and drysdale can't spell for shit.
Also Drysdale is definitely the kind of person to send random videos and photos of random things he sees. Tbh a lot of them are just random little trinkets he thinks are adorable and high key wants
