Breaking:  Carlin + Evan Are Parents!

Layla Rae Was Born on January 31, 2020

On January 31, 2020, Carlin (Bates) + Evan Stewart welcomed their Firstborn—a girl they’ve named Layla Rae—into the world. Us Weekly had the exclusive.

Carlin mentioned on the most recent bates live show (on November 15th) that she was registered on Target and Amazon for the baby. I found what is potentially her registry on both sites and both have a listed due date of February 18th. I don't know if it's legit but thought it was worth a mention.

Confirmed:  Carlin’s Due Date is February 18, 2020

… and, there it is!  On November 14, 2019, Carlin said on the Bates Family Live Chat, at ~9:35, that she’s working on her baby registries “right now,” and it is a “slow process.”  She then mentioned being registered at “Target and Amazon.”  (This was all in response to a direct question from fan.  No snark here.)  A quick search on both reveals just one registry on each for a “Carlin Stewart.”  Both list a due date of February 18, 2020 and a location of Rocky Top, TN.  Also, neither has that many items…  Only 12 on Amazon, and 42—but, it’s mostly all clothes, and like multiple versions of the same onesie, all of the same brand—on Target.  It seems that, like Carlin said, the registries aren’t 100% complete yet.

All in all, this is quite strong evidence that Carlin is due February 18, 2020.  (It’s also within the three–day range, established by her many Instagram updates!)

Duggar Data will be using February 18, 2020 as Carlin’s Due Date, until further notice.  I’m also considering it ‘confirmed,’ not estimated. 

Here’s how far along Carlin was for the milestones, thus far—

113 Days / 16W+1   At Announcement   

144 Days / 20W+4   At Sex Reveal

… and, when she might deliver—

02–15–20   If She’s Bates–Typical

01–23–20   If She Takes After Erin

… and, what her Marriage–to–Firstborn Spacing would be—

266 Days   If She’s Bates–Typical

243 Days   If She Takes After Erin

… and yes, that’s a new record.  Even if she doesn’t deliver as early as Erin.  To not set a new record, she’d have to deliver 4 Days Late.  And that would set an entirely different record, since no Bates Daughter has delivered that late.

Breaking: It’s A Girl for Carlin + Evan!

... and, Her Name is Layla Rae.

Today (October 5, 2019), Carlin + Evan announced that they are having a girl—and, she will be named Layla Rae Stewart. Carlin also tagged her post with #20Weeks, indicates a due date between February 16–22, 2020. Previously, Carlin’s Instagram Posts indicated a due date between February 18–21, 2020. That date range remains consistent with all Posts. Her Estimated Due Date is still February 19.

The Predictor expected a sex and name reveal yesterday. Not bad!

Carlin Enters the 3rd Trimester!

Carlin’s Due Date with Stewart #1 is February 18, 2020.  As of today, she is 28 Weeks Along, and just starting her third trimester.  Babygeddon!

Hilariously, this was spot–on when you sent it in a few days ago…  Now, we’re down to Abbie, Carlin, and Tori.  They are due as follows—

Weird thing that I noticed: if Carlin is Erin-typical in her delivery and gives birth January 23rd like you’ve predicted, she’ll have given birth just 8 months into their marriage, which is kinda funny since a baby normally takes 9 months and an outside observer would assume something happened outta wedlock lol

Yeah, it’s a little weird. I hope she won’t have to give birth so early like Erin. Thankfully, things have been fine for Erin + Chad, but it really isn’t medically ideal to deliver ~1 Month. I’d hate for anything to happen. I’m reassured that they seem to have good prenatal care, though.

Breaking: Carlin, Pregnant!

Today (September 4, 2019), at 8:00 AM PST, Carlin (Bates) Stewart announced (via Romper) that she’s pregnant. Carlin married Evan Stewart recently, on May 25, 2019. (That’s 103 Days Ago.) She is due in February 2020, and is currently 101–129 Days Along. (Reminder—Gestation isn’t measured from the date of conception but from the date of the woman’s last period, which is about 2 Weeks Before conception.)

“We are beyond thrilled to be expecting,” Carlin told Romper: “Spending every day with your best friend and building a life together has already exceeded our happiest dreams.” Evan added: “We are so happy at the thought of parenting together.”

Carlin + Evan are ahead of schedule. The Predictor forecast this announcement for December 2019.
