Day140: Beef Burgundy. FOUR ingredients. Seriously, Julia Child is rolling in her grave, but I. don’t. care. This is a gem from my mother, who would have it bubbling in the oven when we walked in the door from church on Sundays. I used 2-3lbs stew beef, 1 giant can @campbellsoupco cream of mushroom soup, 1 packet @lipton onion soup mix, and 1-2c red wine. I added a bag of crinkle-cut carrots, a pint of baby bellas, and a bag of pearl onions (which took 20min to skin that felt like a year - next time I’ll stick with regular onions quartered).
