there were a lot of events that had taken place over the weekend with all the activities that the school and staff had put together for the students to enjoy for the holiday. if taejun had to be honest though, his favorite part of the entire occasion had been the time he spent with eloise. both in the carriage and at the costume party where he had finally confessed his true feelings for her.
he has no trouble admitting that ever since that night, he's sort of been on cloud nine. considering the dopey smile and way he seems to be in his own world wherever he's walking though it's not hard to tell. the usual attentive attitude that he has is sort of lost under all of the excited feelings and butterflies he's consistently feeling at the thought of eloise so he can barely remember who he's greeted throughout the hallways.
another student greets taejun and he simply beams his blinding smile at them and an enthusiastic wave before he continues on his way. he's just left the building heading towards the department of magic to drop off an outside project for his defense against the dark arts class when he catches onto someone shouting. only then does he stop for a second to listen and realize that it's his name that's being shouted before he turns around towards the sound of the voice.
