they always try to make the new ones feel as much at home as possible, like the evening a girl arrives, they get as much members together as possible and they sit in a circle, and they first let the girl talk about what she remembers, and then they explain what they remember and how it was for them, and how the glade works, and then they ask which girls seems “safe”, and if the new ones does have a preferance for a certain girl, they’ll let her sleep in that girl’s room until they feel comfortable enough

the same way, they let the new ones pick their own weapons. they have a whole bunch of stuff, and they believe in “picking what feels right” instead of “learning how to deal with what you get”. so they take the new girl to a weapon room and have someone explain it all to her, let her practice, until she finds something that feels good

i don’t even remember how this started but i love minho and sonya together holy cow? we get almost no canon personalty from sonya, but we know she was the leader so she must’ve been pretty strong and have some sort of authority over her, plus she’s also nice enough to listen to thomas’ side of the story, which means she’s probably the one who listens to other people’s problems and tries to fix them in some way? i kind of imagine her as the glue-like person of 3b, and i think all of that would match up so well with minho’s personaly, and he’d be just like totally in awe with her, his jaw literally dropping to the floor whenever he looks at her, and sonya just owns it tbh. she’d balance minho’s personality so well and?? not to mention they’re like. super freakishly hot together. not kidding.
