This drawing is based off of @still-worth-saving‘s Home oneshot, The Space Between the Stars! I read it right after watching the movie, and nearly cried. It’s so beautiful and in-character!

The colors are mostly stolen from the Netflix show, but I had to improvise for Oh as he’s supposed to be pinker here and apparently Boov on the show don’t really change color? Idek I haven’t seen it.

Also had to improvise with Tip’s pyjamas as again, I haven’t seen the show. Thought she’d be the kind of person whose pjs are nearly identical to clothes.

By FAR the hardest part was anatomy, which is still off. I will not go into detail over how many times I had to redraw the part of Oh’s head that connects to the…horns? Also I completely redid Tip’s legs halfway through inking.

According to the book, Boov aren’t that firm at all and are actually very huggable. I wonder if they’re like a large pillow.

If you tag this as a ship I will cram you in the freezer and leave you locked there forever so you can never come into the out now.
