I heard the strangest thing today! But you bet it hasn't ruined me.
I heard that nobody likes the sunshine girl.
The sunshine in me who bathes with a bucket of sunshine
and eats Sunshine bread for breakfast.
I heard this when my ears werent yet
filled with seven shades of light/ lux/ luxury
and I hadn't groomed my nose with
hairs from pruned tails of pretty pink ponies. I was
boldly black, naked and undressed,
in what you call a draft version of works.
They said I was bland but
I was grand I tell you.
I had gotten a nice house with nice curtains and
was about to go out for a nice run.
It was planned that my eyes would sparkle
my inhibitions would startle
and burn by the bridle of the blazing sun.
The niceness I was to experience
would be comparable to any flight
oh such delight
to see the fairies dancing beneath the Northern Lights.
What is wrong with the sunshine girl?
They call me flat (though why not fat?)
but really they haven't used their own means for imagination.
They blame it on me but I'm really their creation
I could have magnificent maids
and sparkly possessions, we would
play a game of take-and-not-tell if they wanted to.
It's not me who should take this fall,
my character is not without garnish at all!
Take me by my hand,
give what the masses demand,
what a bloody scam
this is turning out to be.
But fret not because people are the people who makes mistakes and
people complain and
relax, it's all in good disdain.
Nobody is in any place to judge
without knowing everything or anything so much
about anyone.
Oh glittery gold
what is told
is never enough for anybody!
