IMAGINE: WEDDING DAY (LUKE)
He was nervous. He was nervous because he didn’t want to mess up, he didn’t want to ruin the big day. He knew how excited everyone was and it made him happy, seeing him make everyone else so happy. He wanted to figure out why he was so nervous though.
Everyone was waiting for the bride. Luke was standing by the alter. The bridesmaids, best man, ring bearer were going to do a little dance down the aisle before the bride walked down. Luke had already down his dance and he knew he looked stupid. But he didn’t mind because he knew that it made everyone happy.
But deep down, he knew he wasn’t happy. He smiled but it didn’t reach his eyes. He looked up at the girl walking down the aisle towards him and allowed the fake smile to return to his face. She looked so happy, so excited for the future. Luke looked at everyone who had come to attend the wedding and knew he couldn’t do this.
“I love you, but I can’t do this to you.”
Luke walked out of the church and ran his apartment. He grabbed a small, silver cardboard box and a key and headed to an apartment complex a couple blocks away. He opened the door to a different apartment and found you sitting on the couch with books around you. You smiled at him, not knowing that he left his wedding for you. He knew the minute he saw you that you were the one he wanted to be with. He clutched the necklace box in his hand and gave you the present he meant to give you years ago.

I feel like I’m trying to be overly creative because I’ve been watching some hella good shows recently and they’re getting my creative juices flowing.
