Kinda silly, but I’m very proud that I’ve actually been exercising. :) I’m still super anxious when I go to the gym and feel like all the fit people just think I’m in their way, even though no one has ever said anything to me. But I’ve been going and staying and using the equipment even if I have to wait for someone else to finish! And my trail run this morning proves the weight training has been paying off. Two minutes better on my pacing from when I stopped. :) #stillslowaf #progressthough
