sometimes the involuntary phantom shifts when u feel down- when ur tail is low, ur eyes are big, and crouching down because ur emotions are everywhere

because i do pet regress and have “dogboy” tendencies

but im not too sure if its related to something more, like if i were to describe what type dog perhaps maybe a golden retriever ?? i dunno

i had some mental shifts in public which was rlly scary cs when im in public i usually only phantom shift, luckily my other friends were there so i didn’t have to feel alone

what triggered it was the fact we went to the pet aisle and a squeaky toy went off- MY TAIL WAS WAGGING

thinking about this shift i had, im pretty sure it was a phantom shift (could be mental, could be both!!)

i woke up from my sleep and i felt how big my paws were, how my snout felt on my pillow, i genuinely felt them-

i ended up curling up in a ball and went back to sleep

im pretty sure it was my wolf theriotype as how big my paws felt

i wish i documented it right after it happened but i ended up sleeping again lol (this happened like this week or smth)
