It's time to present our second international guest at @stockholmburgerfest 2020. The festival favourites Bleecker (@bleeckerburger) from London will make their return for the third year running with their award winning cheeseburger. After two sold-out festivals with thousands of sold burgers, they're maxing out their refrigerated van in order to bring enough burgers for everyone! • Bleecker will serve their magical Cheeseburger, with seriously dry-aged beef, creamy American Cheese, crispy onions and their classic Bleecker dressing - served in their sesame topped bun. It's absolutely amazing, and we are super happy to have them as our guests again so that even more people can experience one of the world's best burgers! And they'll be bringing fresh ingredients as always, nothing frozen! • Next week we'll tell you about out third international guest, and we hope you're just as excited as we are for this year's festival! • Stockholm Burger Fest 2020 will be held on May 29-31 at Smålandstorget in central Stockholm. Hi burgerlovers! • We hope you're doing well and keeping safe in these times. As you can see we have waited as long as possible before announcing anything about @stockholmburgerfest 2020, but given the global situation we have decided to cancel this year's festival and set our sights on May 2021 instead. We're hoping that everyone will be able to ride out this pandemic, and that our three international guests (@motzburger from Brooklyn, @burgerandbeyond and @bleeckerburger from London) will be able to join us then. And you too, of course! • This was an extremely difficult decision to take, but it's impossible to organize a festival without knowing when it can take place or if our guests are available. We're hoping for your understanding, and that we'll see you at our next burger festival. • With some luck the situation will be different this autumn. Who knows, perhaps we can organize a smaller festival this year without international guests? This year marks our 5 year anniversary after all. Marketing for Stockholm Burger Fest ━ Just 3 months to go until @stockholmburgerfest 2020, and we're super excited to announce our first guest! George Motz (@motzburger) is an author and TV host living in Brooklyn, New York. He is also America's hamburger expert and the 'Burger Scholar' on "The Burger Show" (@theburgershow) on First We Feast (@firstwefeast). He has been traveling the globe promoting the latest edition of his book "Hamburger America", teaching hamburger workshops and of course serving his famous Fried Onion Burger. This May he'll make his first public appearance in Sweden at Stockholm Burger Fest 2020. • George Motz's Fried Onion Burger is a beef patty smashed with thinly sliced onions, with american cheese and pickles served in a potato burger bun.
