Croatia - Šolta - Stomorska Beautiful country, beautiful island.
Our bottle of Croatian olive oil, bought from the producer in his boutique on Stomorska. He taught us how to ‘taste’ it, including the bitterness and spiciness. We’re officially olive oil snobs now!
We carried this bottle around Croatia, Bosnia, Slovenia and Italy before finally cracking it open in France, using it as a sauce with tons of fresh parsley on egg pasta.
