The grim warrior
Kotallo looked away; Aloy’s gentle gaze, her eyes full of warmth and compassion, her hand reaching out but retracting at the last second, knowing he’d recoil, were too much to handle.
He couldn’t allow her in. Instead, he pulled his lips into a stern, straight line and took a deep breath.
Better to act the grim warrior.
The Broken Sky
As part of my general photo journey, i took this one mere moments before i initiated Kotallo's quest chain, mostly because i thought the canyon was beautiful and i like taking landscape photos, pretty much ignorant of the obsession that was about to spark lol. Hooo boy...
I'm not sure there's anything i could have done to brace myself even if i'd known ahead of time @____@
The people of Stone Crest
I have a new obsession.
The Broken Sky - Stone Crest
Finally rounding the corners of the settlement, i took in the colors, architecture and life there, as i made my way to the cliff's edge...
As previously posted, i had taken this photo mere seconds before initiating the dialogue w/ Kotallo and having my life changed forever LOL😅🫠 I had no idea that this mission would catapult me into a whole new obsession😵💫
I just remember thinking, "Okay that was a fun photo op, now i guess i'll start this quest," *casually walks over to Kotallo*
Aloy gets a read on what Kotallo is about... I like watching her trying to figure him out.
Heart breaking for this man's losses, not only of his comrades but his arm, and therefore his standing in his whole tribe. His surliness and grumpiness were nevertheless extremely endearing.
By the end of this dialogue, i felt like what Aloy's face is doing here lol, as i imagine SOOOOoooooo many people did as well 😍✨
And it would only get worse lol 😅🫠😵💫
This game is so fucking pretty.
