Introduction!

Hi everyone!! I’m Alexis and I’m new to the studyblr/Bujo community (although I’ve been watching and following for years and years) just recently did I decide that I wanted to make one for myself. (because I actually have time for one)

Anyways I just wanted to give a few facts about myself and tell you who inspires me most!

A few facts about me non school related:

- I’m 18!! 19 in just a few weeks

- my favorite season is fall and my favorite holiday is Halloween!!!

- I can speak 3 languages other than English (French, ASL and Turkish)

- I love love planning (I’m a Virgo so obvi)

School related facts:

- I’m taking a semester off to save money and work as much as possible

- once I go to school I’ll be going for government with a minor in history!!

- once I finish school I want to go to culinary school!

- I took culinary all four years of high school and want to go to an actual school to get a full degree.

- I use an agenda but I just bought a bujo today for my actual life!

studyblr introduction

hi friends !! I finally decided to kick my own butt into introducing myself to the studyblr community and contributing to such an awesome cause of helping other people be productive humans !!

what am I studying?  

• i’m a sophomore speech language pathology major w/ a minor in asl

• fall semester hasn’t started yet BUT I’ll be taking these classes:

hearing science

 phonetic description of speech

 beginner american sign language

 advanced spanish grammar and composition

 professional ethics for healthcare

how am I studying?

 • I’ve gone through lots of study methods and been wishy-washy about every single one 

• I’ve recently become interested in using Onenote more efficiently so thanks to @vanesastudies and their wonderful Onenote calendar + syllabus template, I will have combo planner + notes system. once I get more info from my classes I would love to make a post about how I plan to utilize this system !!

• I’ll also be using a paper planner from ban.do because I can’t help myself  

• I journal sometimes. less organized bujo, more mind dump

Babbling Beverage: what kind of person are you when you’re drunk/hyped up on caffeine?

i honestly don’t really get affected by caffeine so i don’t change but when i’m drunk i’m just a much louder and outgoing version of myself haha.

Cure for Boils: Write about three pet peeves

i hate slow walkers that take up the whole path so you can’t pass them

drivers that don’t indicate or give way when they’re suppose to

having to study for a subject that just makes me think “ughhghhghh”
