The stool top is made from Cherry wood. I needed to make a jig for the tear drop handle. Using a router with a bearing, I trace and made the final pass before finishing by hand. I used a piece of maple as the tongue or 'biscuit' to join the both pieces together to form the top. Then I needed to shape the corners and give some nice rounded edges.
