California weather control through geoengineering?

speculations and rumors have been circulating for years around the Pillar Point Air Force Station located on a 55-acre parcel of land 20 miles south of San Francisco.

an independent researcher at The HAARP Report who has been researching the effects of geoengineering and Californias drought extensively might have just cracked the case wide open and the results are quite alarming….

in the above picture, you will see a large globe believed to be an ionospheric heater dish that sends microwaves into the ionosphere creating a blockage in the jet stream preventing rain from reaching California. Below are satellite images of the weather system in the area

and it isn't just  Pillar Point Air Force Station there are many locations in California and throughout our globe, just like this.

Some might ask why would California be using geoengineering to deflect rain during a monumental drought unlike any ever seen before in the bay area. this is just speculation but with agenda 21 being passed with the goal to depopulate and move the residents into cities and a strict water regimen being implemented using geoengineering to create a monumental drought as a means of persuading the population into agreeing to follow a water regimen wouldn't be that far-fetched.

If you have never heard of an ionospheric heater, it’s time you learned. Every single day people like you and me are blamed for anthropogenic climate change, and tax schemes abound to get you to pay for more of their bs, but there is more to the story that most refuse to speak about or outright deny while all the information is publicly available. David Keith, the scientist going to do Scope (sun dimming experiment) says he’s never heard of it. Why on earth would any atmosphere/physics scientist have not heard of these things? If he’s exhausted all ways to mitigate climate change, wouldn’t he have a responsibility to know?!?

Many of you probably missed the little snippet the news media gave this report. It was released the day after Thanksgiving, and it details the current plan to deal with climate change in the US. The plan is (and has been for many years, but is finally being revealed publicly) to dim the sun (solar radiation management) by stratospheric aerosol injection, otherwise know as cloud seeding or Geoengineering.

The blatent lies in the document and to the people are astounding. Despite the fact the photosynthesis is a necessity for every living thing on the planet, despite the fact that the chemicals suggested are known for toxic and sometimes fatal consequences, despite the fact that there are numerous studies/reports on this topic issuing grave warnings, this is what they are planning.

These types of things have been going on for decades and this one resulted in ENMOD, which is still on the books but largely ignored.

If you are ignorant enough to believe that water vapor contains no particulates from the jet fuel, please step outside on a cold day and watch how quickly the water vapor disappears when you are exhaling. These trails are actively doing solar radiation management and is exactly the type of plan being pushed for on a global scale. What goes up, must come down...on your lawn, water sources, food, plants, animals, and in the air we breathe.
