personal note: heartbroken still over having to leave metlife n3 before seeing taylor. heartbroken over my relationship ending in april. despite it all i'm stronger than i've been in 6 years.
tomorrow my outreach starts including sag and more calls to a few agencies. With SAG on strike, it's only going to get worse as the studios look for ways to cut all the unions out. The world is changing. Nobody sane is suggesting AI can actually replicate artists. What it can do is give an unskilled (but talented) artist the skills they haven't otherwise trained or "earned" for the gatekeepers.
@taylornation could maybe do me a favor and meet me at least halfway. I've spent nearly 2 months just trying to deliver my research to someone who won't exploit it. All I want is 15 minutes to share my research in a non-technical way for her legal team/management. It's insane to me that there is no way to even report infringements on her trademark.
Why do I trust Taylor? -> Because she's worked so hard to reclaim her work from the 'money holders' who think enabling art entitles them to possessing it.
