Stop motion shenanigans! This is a dinosaur I made for the purposes of turning it into a stop motion puppet. I sculpted it in chavaunt (oil clay) with limbs and teeth that can be removed to facilitate making 2 part molds of them. I'm currently at the end of that process right now, with only 1 half of the torso and body left to mold. Once all the molds are finished I can begin casting the Dinosaur into silicone with the armature inside! Eventually the Dinosaur will make an appearance in my thesis film, and I'm super excited to shoot those scenes!! 🦖
