imo it isn’t that all 4th gen groups cannot hold a note or have good vocals, it’s that there are some groups who are dominating the industry in terms of popularity that grossly overshadow groups who have genuinely good vocals and attentive training, and the popular ones paint a picture of 4th gen as a whole that makes everyone believe there are no good vocals or attention to training or any desire to hone skills

#like #if you're already a popular group #most people #not all but MOST #stop there #and i think it can even be seen in older groups like s*j* and ***#where the skills they used to have have fallen off bc they just... don't care as much about being GOOD at their job #they're already popular and that's good enough for them #and these companies see that and go 'okay then we can debut this person who has trained for 7 days'#but if they're popular then the company feels no need to make them train those vocals #esp in such a dance heavy generation where lots of focus is put on performance #but anyways #that's just my two cents lfkgjlkdfjglkdfg #luna.txt #nct is not one of those dominating groups btw they can sing and if you listened to just ONE bside you would know that #aka sweet dream and good night go listen to those and you'll see they can sing #taeil in sticker too like they can SING and they clearly care about it too

That being said, I found that reaching a word count kind of cut my ideas short. Sure, I could continue on beyond 1000 words and not arbitrarily stop there, but the problem with that is that I got into the flow a bit too much an just kept writing for the next few hours.
