I know that I promised information yesterday as it turns out work got busy. Here is more information specifically for the military. The Stark reality is that we are losing on average 22 veterans and/or active military a day. I have provide a snippet of the information on it. I have provide a number that veterans can reach out to in order to have someone to talk to. The third picture is an organization that I firmly believe in. Last weekend, my business partner (Paige Zinn) used a Facebook post to nominated me to participate in the #22PushupChallenge. Part 2 of Day 2: There are 22 Veterans a day who commit suicide. I will be doing 22 push-ups a day for 22 days to help raise awareness. No better time to start than today as we reflect on those who have lost their lives for our country. I was nominated by my friend, Stacey.
