9 THINGS YOU NEED TO GET OUT OF YOUR HEAD
Overthinking things - Many times we overthink things which clutters our mind. Sometimes it’s best to just make up your mind and take action. Like the old saying goes: ‘He who hesitates is lost!’
Being worried about what others think - Caring about what other people think is a huge source of mind clutter. If you really care what other people think, maybe you are hanging out with the wrong people.
Living in the past - The past has already happened, so no point in wasting valuable brain power on it as there is nothing you can do about it anyways. Learn from it and move on.
Feeling sorry for yourself - Again this isn’t helping anything. Taking responsibility for your life and where you are in it can be extremely empowering. Instead of feeling sorry for yourself, figure out how to improve yourself.
Being jealous - Instead of being jealous of others, be happy for them. It doesn’t make you any less of a person and is only cluttering your mind.
Negative thoughts - Those pessimistic thoughts always creeping into your mind are not doing you any good, so get rid of them.
Insecurities - Everyone has insecurities but letting them dominate your thoughts is not a good thing.
Comparing yourself to others - This is a losing battle because there is always someone smarter, in better shape, better looking, more competent, etc. Focus on being the best you possible!
Fear or worrying about what ‘may’ happen - Most of the time, these things never end up happening, so why worry about them?
