Experienced single handedly the most high performance, technical and challenging workout with @lesthegreat2016. Les is an Olympic Level Speed and Conditioning coach. He's also a Pro Athlete. His guidance had me break a personal speed record and another strength related record. I do not normally train at an elite, athletic level (in my humble opinion). Have been fueling my body with the most supreme superfood nutrition on the planet. I will completely lean and bank on the fact that the athletic/performance system I'm on is the key component that made me do that tonight.
