Been feeling a little out of wack the last couple of days. Spend a good amount of time last night and most of today questioning myself worth all because of something that men said to me. Questioning what I did wrong and how I couldn't make it better. Questioned my body which I haven't down in years, had a mini melt down about it. However when I got done with work I grabbed a hoop and when to a new hoop spot and just hooped it out to some @officialrezz music and I feel better. Fuck other people's opinions. Fuck the way people wanna try and make you feel. As long as at the end of the day you can say you love yourself and you love every curve, rolled and fold no one can take the #selflove away from you.
