Using a brownie mix from the store as the foundation, these Chocolate Brownie Mix Cookies are quick and simple to make. They're ideal for quickly sating your desire for chocolate!
Ingredients: 1 box brownie mix 18 oz. 1/2 cup 1 stick unsalted butter, melted. 2 large eggs. 1 teaspoon vanilla extract. 1/2 cup chocolate chips. 1/2 cup chopped nuts optional.
Instructions: Turn the oven on to 350 degrees Fahrenheit 175 degrees Celsius and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Beat together the eggs, vanilla extract, melted butter, and brownie mix in a mixing bowl. Blend until thoroughly blended. Add chocolate chips and, if using, chopped nuts and stir. Cookie dough should be dropped onto the prepared baking sheet in spoonfuls, leaving space between them. Bake for 10 to 12 minutes, or until the cookies are set and have a slight crack on top, in a preheated oven. After taking the cookies out of the oven, let them cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before moving them to a wire rack to finish cooling.
