Just played OVW for the first time since landing!! I am definitely out of practice, LOOOL, but I managed to do pretty decently, so that’s nice.

I also tried out Storm Arrows in the PTR and--ehhhhh. It’s. I don’t know how to describe it, but it kinda feels bland??? Like, a lot of abilities feel strategic, like you gotta figure them out and figure out how best to use them. Scatter Arrow was like that--you couldn’t just use it anywhere, you had to look out for good opportunities, observe the results when you DID use it, that sort of thing. Now playing Hanzo feels like “Shoot shoot shoot shootshootshootshootshootshoot shoot shoot shoot”. Feels--boring. A little less varied. A lot less like Hanzo has a special trick up his sleeve and more like all he does is--shoot.

I’m hoping this is just me being salty over losing Scatter, and I am pleased as fuck that Blizz took away one tank-crushing ability just to give us another. I’ll undoubtedly get used to it, but still. I wish they had swapped it out for something that felt more like an impressive trick rather than just SHOOT FASTER.
