Like a shadow, she was there. Silently observing as she always did. The more calm aspect of her nature. The more dangerous. She watched the white haired youth move through the Seireitei on what seemed like important business, judging by the swiftness of his gait and the purpose on his face. She wasnt surprised not to see his fukutaichou beside him. She was such a slippery eel when it came to paperwork. A stack in the hands of the Captain. She waited, timing it as perfectly as ever once he was within her range, she called out to him. A slight smirk on her face.

"Judging by that stack, looks like the Seireitei is enforcing new restrictions and it was short noticed. They always do that."

She mused, the latter sentence was spoken almost as if to herself. She sighed, her eyes glazing over with the memories of the lines upon lines of new rules and regulations. It always meant more paperwork and less time to do it. That was an aspect of living in Soul Society she didnt miss. If one thought of it like that, one could see why Rangiku always went "missing" during turn in days.
