Story an adjustable time piece by Flyte

The awesome people at Flyte, who brought us things like the miraculously levitating and glowing lightbulb or the levitating planter, now used their knowledge of magnetism to create Story. This a time piece, that is made of Ash or Walnut and small levitating steel ball. It can be hung at the wall or placed at a table. It also has an LED matrix in the center and some lights at he back. With the smartphone app, that comes with Story, you can program it to display any time frame. from the actual time, supported by the LEDs in the center, the moon phase, supported by the lights in the back, or use to display the time frame of season, your pregnancy or a countdown.

I love that I finally just “had” to put a little spiral illustration in a story clock to shut my brain up.

That little bs in the bottom left corner because I “needed” it to be a spiral and not just a circle because the actual point of the majority of modern story thought is that there is NOT a return to baseline. The only people who do a return to baseline are episodic telivision shows. It’s the odd form out. Everyone else, the point is something changes.

And I just can’t stop obsessing over that tiny not really important detail. With the additional problem that I am just NOT an artist and so my many attempts to draw a spiral just look ugly enough that I can’t stand that either.

So, hopefully, this little tiny whirlwind will let me get back on task. Because it’s totes not a circle guys, it’s a spiral that you’re looking down on. ... >_< oy.
