Was very lucky to collaborate with Dragonsteel to create several illustrations for the recently revealed Story Deck, specifically Jasnah's story cards. This is the first one out of six -- more to come later!

I’m gonna hide little stormlight archive pictures in my friends home, like you know the sort of thing where you cut out a million picture of nick cage or a funny duck or something and tuck them in all sorts of weird places to be discovered and laughed at?

Buts it’s gonna be images from the story deck trading cards cause I have a few with like 5 dupes and they are cute.

Any ways I can’t decide if I wanna do one of each pic I have or if I just wanna make a million copies of one particular picture. How great would it be to find the Lopen everywhere?

So the deck that I linked a while back is not only a theoretical construct

It exists

and it had its first game today

and it WON

Mostly because my opponents left it alone for being harmless, because I presented it as having no synergy so they took each other out for being the bigger threat. When only one of them was left and this happened: 

Basically the second to last turn The Zhan Tiri Tree drained my opponent down to 13 life and they take 5 damage.

My Opponent sends its creatures at me, the Mirror from the House of Yesterday's Tomorrow sends out a duplicate of one and blocks it.

My Opponent only has one creature left to block an attack from my side.

It's my turn

Varian, represented by "Vial Smasher the Fierce" plays his Alchemist Vial

Due to that my opponent takes 2 damage.

The Vial itself draws a card. Varian gains access to CASSANDRA'S ARMOR.

Due to the damage from the Alchemist’s Vial, my Opponent is down to 6 Life

Varian BREAKS the vial, releasing its content. BOOM It's the Raccoon trap. The only creature of my opponent can no longer block this turn

VARIAN EQUIPS CASSANDRA'S ARMOR for a damage boost that allows him to cause 6 damage

...and full on rushes into my opponent taking him down with bare hands.
