This dude Elliot Rodgers is disgustingly, almost unbelievably delusional and insane. I just finished watching his "retribution" video on YouTube. I cannot BELIEVE that the immense desire of pleasure and lust lead him to want to take the lives of innocent college girls. Because he's still a virgin at 22 and hasn't had his "desires" fulfilled is why he ended the lives of innocent women? Because your unrealistic image of what college consists of (partying, sex, girls, hooking up..) wasn't met, you do this? The devil is a dirty dirty liar. No amount of pleasure should lead you to say "If I can't have you, I will destroy you. You've denied me a happy life and in turn, I'll deny your life". Of course this is not the first time it's happened; Middle Eastern women are threatened and assaulted due their male rejection; I completely understand the meaning behind wearing Hijabs and other coverings. But rejections are not suppose to lead you to violent actions. It's sad to know misogyny even exists, considering what women bear to help bring life to those that are misogynist. Ladies, please please please, be careful. I recently denied someone and because some sort of retaliation was in the back of my mind, I continued being nice to him and tried not to hurt his feelings through the process. It's a sick world we are in. We have to be so careful unfortunately.
