straightallies replied to your post: You know like Chicago rappers, Minnesota rappers,...
That’s wild to me bc the Midwest claims Chicago like mad. It’s like THE midwest city
OH, for sure the Midwest claims US but we really do think of ourselves as an island unto ourselves.

Sorry to bother you, but a while back you used a website to make a playlist of episodes of podcasts. What was that website? I want to do something similar. Thanks :)
That was RadioPublic! It’s a great podcatching app.

Tbh the big four i expect people to warn for are: rape, suicide, hate crime, and domestic abuse. A short note in the description works fine for this sort of thing (and if it’s only mentioned, saying “trigger warning for mention of suicide and abusive behavior” works fine.
This is a good list that I’ll keep in mind. But it’s interesting because the content warnings we’ll be providing for 39 & 40 don’t fall into any of these categories. And this is where I get stuck or make mistakes sometimes with this stuff - each person’s bar for content warnings is very different, which is why I tend to follow the TV model, which provides warning if something is graphically depicted. So for a podcast, the equivalent for me is when something is described (like Frank’s episode), but this might not be the best metric. I’m still figuring it out and if there’s one thing I know for certain it’s that I’m not going to solve this or never make a mistake again.

Hey Jack and Eugene, I'd like to request a z-bay post (or a ROFLNET post) asking if any other runners out there know a good interval trainer for Android that doesn't interrupt or pause Sam (or whoever else might be talking to me through the coms)? It'd be cool if it was quieter than the coms. Bonus points if it is compatible with the app Podcast Addict but if you don't know whether or not it is, I'll test it myself. If you or your listeners know of any, let me know! Thanks, Liam, Runner 5
Yeah of course! When/if I’m out on a run, I normally just listen to music, so I won’t be of help.
And I won’t be of much help either.
But maybe our listeners know of one! If anyone knows, pop a reply or send us an ask and we can publish it!
