Curry Debal, a European classic that’s usually only available around Christmas, is now a permanent menu item. At Restaurant Kin (L1 of @StraitsClan), chef’s version is a hearty 🌟Pork Knuckle Debal ($68) where roast pork, fall-apart-tender smoked pork knuckle (you can see, or even hear, how tender it is in the last video) and potatoes bask in a savoury-spicy stew gravy.
