I went to work today to grab my paycheck, and I showed up in my beauty school clothes. Holy wow like none of them knew i was in beauty school.  Regardless, Tyler, my manager, didn't; his response was “Salon and Spa Academy? Is that why you always smell like a salon and spa?” I didn’t really know what to say, so i just kind of shrug-nodded (its a thing?) and he then told me that I have a really different or strange smell. and I don’t know if thats a good thing or a bad thing but no one ever tells me about “my smell” so thats kind of cool and why im blogging about it.

Strange Topic: Kissing

I always thought kissing was gross. I mean, every single kiss I've ever seen is sloppy and nasty. Like no one knows how to. They either crash their faces into each other or start dribbling or something equally disgusting. But recently, I found a picture of Rick Genest kissing some girl.  I don't know why, but I was struck at how beautifully gentle the kiss was. I mean, if kissing was like that all the time, I don't think I'd ever stop looking at people kissing. As creepy as that sounds, it's true. I mean, I guess everyone has their own mojo and ways to kiss, but seriously. Making weird faces and having your eyes roll to the back of your head over a simple kiss is really really gross. And creepy. I don't know. I just don't like it. I guess I never have...

And I know that this kiss was just these two acting. But they convinced me that they love each other, or at least have a very strong connection that wasn't just lustful. I can't stop examining how they look so comfortable and gentle around each other. I don't know. I guess I'm just crazy.
