Great sorcerer Iron Hat and the Orb of Change. Ink on opaline. 26 cm H*17.8 cm W aprox. 23/06/2019 -------------------------------------- -Iron Hat:It was the Orb of Change which brought me back to life, transmuted my life essence and bound me to this body; it is the Orb of Change, the one artifact I have studied for over a century, I have managed to harness its power, transmute the soul and seal it within a host, willingly or not. Primal stone from this ancient astral amalgamate, blessed be your aura. -------------------------------------- Character design, part of the strange being series. Iron Hat shares the same universe as Mr. Long Nose and I think of him as an antagonist, (even tho Mr Long Nose is himself awful in its own way).

Iron Hat got their own little sorcerer’s apprentice, a unknown soul bound to a doll, I don’t a have a name for her yet.

Strange Beings  #21 A - Crepens Cor

A “Crepens Cor” is a monstrous creature of deceptive strength that resembles a human heart; as such it possesses incredible muscular/physical strength on its eight cephalopod like limbs.

Consumed by hatred, it crawls erratically and with no purpose other than causing harm to other creatures, many dreamers assume it seems to be motivated purely by resentment for it will ignore the corpses he lays on its destructive path and focus on stumbling upon its next “prey”.

A feral disruptor of joy, that quite literally hates everything and a corruption of its WAY friendlier relative the “Cor Natantis”;  the “Crepens Cor” is a being that should be avoided by all means necessary when exploring the dream plane, since once it takes hold of its victim death is certain.
