Made a challenge to myself to draw a comic page for all my Gravity Falls AUs (bar Into the Falls bc I started this challenge before its conception). So... here's that!

All of these are out-of-context but they're either important scenes OR scenes I find fun to think about.

Stranger Falls

Tras ser arrojado por su hermano al portal, Stanford Pines es transportado a una dimensión repleta de misterios de los cuales tenía hambre de conocer; con los que soñaba descubrir. Sin embargo Stanford no recordó que tiene que tener cuidado con lo que pide, porque quizás se puede hacer realidad. 

La dimensión alterna a la que había llegado parecía un ambiente hecho para que nada sobreviviera; el aire estaba lleno de esporas contaminantes, que si Ford no hubiera pensado en improvisar algo para tapar la mitad inferior de su cara era probable que hubiera muerto. No traía comida consigo y las probabilidades de supervivencia de Ford no se veían favorables, en el mundo frío y oscuro, repleto de organismos que parecían determinados en acabar con él. Mientras buscaba refugio el cielo se encendió, rayos iluminando el cielo de rojo y Ford, al no ver otra alternativa, decidió buscar el origen de estos. Tal vez encontraría una salida de este lugar.

Al llegar el joven científico se encuentra con algo que lo deja sin aliento: una grieta suspendida a un metro de él. Duda por un segundo ¿En verdad debería cruzar? y si lo que está del otro lado es peor…? Sin embargo a la distancia Ford escuchó una variedad de rugidos, y no quería saber de qué o quién provenía. Salto hacia la grieta.

Stanford llega a la dimensión del mundo al revés. Sorprendido, corre con las primeras personas que ve en su lugar: Hopper y Joyce. Los personajes se dan a conocer y eventualmente, Hopper le da la explicación de lo que está pasando. Impactado, Ford le dice a Joyce y Hopper que los ayudará para salvar al mundo. 

Los tres conocidos bajan por el elevador a la base de los rusos en Starcourt, con el fin de deshacerse de la máquina. Llegando al sótano empezaron a caminar. Era un lugar frío, abandonado y oscuro. Solamente había una luz al final del pasillo, por lo cual decidieron ir hacia ella. Tras cruzar la puerta, encontraron la máquina causante de la grieta. Joyce decidió ir a la sala de control, mientras que Hopper y Ford se acercaron a la máquina para analizarla.

Admirando los colores y las chispas provenientes de la máquina, Ford y Hopper estaban analizando la máquina. Nada les hacía sentido. No comprenden la tecnología que usaban los rusos, era muy extraña. Se acercaban más y más a la máquina, cuando de repente un ruso aparece detrás de los dos y con un extintor le pega en la cabeza a Hopper. Debido al golpe, Hopper cae al piso en un estado inconsciente. Espantado por lo que acaba de ver, Stanford huye de ahí, pero el ruso lo perseguía. Trataba de escabullirse pero siempre lo encontraba. Ford se metió a un cuarto oscuro para esconderse de su enemigo. Ese cuarto estaba repleto de cajas. Corrió detrás de una torre de cajas de cartón y trató de calmar su respiración para evitar hacer ruido. A pesar de todos sus esfuerzos, no logró ser sigiloso, así que el ruso lo descubrió. Temiendo por su vida, cayó al piso. Se empezó a arrastrar hacia atrás, mientras que el ruso lo veía fijamente a los ojos. Ford no sabía qué hacer. Por instinto extendió su mano para agarrar algo dentro de una caja, y el objeto lo usó contra la pierna del enemigo. El objeto era una barra de palanca. Le rompió la pierna. Ford quedó sorprendido de lo que acaba de hacer, pero de una forma también estaba aliviado de que le haya sido útil. Después decide romperle la otra pierna para que no pueda correr su enemigo, y sale corriendo a buscar a Hopper y a Joyce. 

Ford ve a Joyce subiendo a la sala de control– se dirige a girar las llaves y terminar con el portal de una vez por todas, ya que aunque Ford no lo sabe el Desuellamentes amenaza con las vidas de todas las personas queridas de Hopper y Joyce– sin embargo Ford entiende la importancia de cerrar el portal, después de su experiencia con Bill.  Corre a ayudar a Hopper, quien se encuentra tirado en el piso, su cabeza peligrosamente cerca de el mecanismo girando a gran velocidad del portal. Ford logra salvar a Hopper y por desgracia algo cayó a la máquina que causó que se creara un campo de energía que les impide el paso. Afortunadamente la mente brillante de Ford rápidamente entiende cómo crear un espacio de 10 segundos en el cuál puedan saltar y escapar.

Pero si algo ha aprendido de sus días en Gravity Falls el científico es de desconfiar en las personas y Ford le pregunta a Hopper si de verdad conoce una forma de regresarlo a su dimensión. Ante la cara de confusión del sheriff Ford le explica cómo necesitará que abrán el portal de nuevo, yéndose en una tangente acerca de cómo necesitará que pongan las coordenadas para su dimensión… Sin embargo Hopper le aclara que lo único que fueron a hacer en la guarida de los rusos es destruir el portal. Ford se da cuenta que la única oportunidad que tiene para regresar a su dimensión de origen es la grieta en ese mundo frío y desolado, pero no hay otra opción. Hopper le da unas palabras de apoyo y con eso el científico salta hacia la grieta, su fuerza gravitacional succionando, claro no sin varias armas cortesía de los rusos.

Hopper utiliza aquellos 10 segundos que le da Ford y corre para escapar la explosión del laboratorio, pero la onda producida por esta lo encuentra al subir las escaleras, destruyendo su cuerpo de la rodilla para abajo… lo que el futuro tenga preparado para él, es desconocido.

Es posible que el portal al rechazar la materia ajena a su dimensión lo haya expulsado como un virus, o quizás fue Bill quien manipulo la fábrica del espacio-tiempo porque Ford aparece en la realidad de las pesadilla, el hogar y prisión de Bill Cipher. Sin embargo se encuentra mejor preparado de lo que hubiera estado si no fuera por su visita a aquel mundo bizarro… y las armas rusas. Tal vez podrá sobrevivir lo suficiente, aprender lo suficiente,  para poder derrotar a Bill y encontrar la manera de regresar a casa.

The Tale of Mozarita the Meerkitten (published) - Mozarita the kitten and her siblings find themselves fighting in a war against the terrible Cogg the Wolfking who is trying to conquer the fortress of Rendalawo so he can rule and fully enslave the Forest and all the creatures therein. Along the way Mozarita and her siblings make friends and allies... and they might even find a family, if they can survive Cogg's war.

The Fire Kitten (written, needs edited, unpublished) - Firesong and her brother Jakito are kittennapped and taken on a great journey before finally being made slaves in the dark, terrible city of Ventargo. Mozarita and her siblings pursue their captors with help from a bard named Sanga, who is not what he seems...

Catlition (2nd draft done needs rewritten again) - After losing their mother, Ribbony and his siblings find themselves in a series of wild adventures that take them from their home in Ventargo through frozen mountains, dark tunnels, snowy countries, and burning deserts as they strive to protect their friend Kristoren from assassins.

The Wolfprince’s Revenge (1st draft only) - I can’t say anything about the plot that won’t have spoilers for the other books, but it is a story about courage, redemption, and hope in the face of despair and terrible darkness.

Original Works- The SOS Chronicles:

Mayday (first draft finished)- An escaped slave boy named Oliver finds refuge on the spaceship Catacrome, which has just been called off on a mission to investigate the mysterious disappearance of another ship. When the Catacrome comes under attack from an unknown species, Oliver- and the mysterious entity talking to him from the walls- must find a way to help the crew and save the ship if he ever wants to return to his home planet and rescue his best friend Silas.

Stranger Falls

Mabel, Pacifica, Candy, and Grenda were close friends who had a habit of playing make believe in the woods. One day, Pacifica disappears. They have no idea how or where. The same night they feverishly look for her, they find a boy in just a red t-shirt that's way too big. He looks nervous. They take him and hide him in Mabel's basement. They call him 'Dipper', because of the big dipper mark on his forehead.

As the girls (and Dipper) look for their friend, a group of teenagers (Wendy, Robbie, Tambry, and Thompson) investigate the strange death of one of their classmates, and discover monsters instead.

Little do the two groups realize that both the death and disappearance are connected...
