I had a thought that made me laugh so hard, I spit out my coffee....imagine if we never got CG, but Noah makes an appearance as a multiverse gay Spiderman and it's literally the Spideywill AU. There's a quick scene over the end credits and they reveal Finn as MJ and they kiss. The audience screams hahahahahahHa

See, I don’t think it should be though. I know this might be an unorthodox opinion, but imho actors are just people who do a job. I’m not saying this is how you specifically think, but there are people out there who seem to think that because they like an actor, they’re entitled to information about them and insight into their personal lives and their time, and that actors not complying with that means they’re ungrateful or something. There are people who think of actors like they owe their fans these things. In reality, an actor’s job is to show up, act, possibly do some promotional work, and then go home. They don’t owe anyone anything just because people know their name and their face

People can’t ever be normal about the Stranger Things cast and it’s so off-putting and irritating!!!
The worst ones are the hardcore stans of one actor only who have to trash everyone else on the cast to uplift their perfect dazzling baby star. Yuck.
Speaking my truth:
Sadie Sink’s fans have completely ruined her for me, especially her Twitter brigade MCU fans.
They’re so insufferable, insist she’s the only one from ST who can act or has a job, act like it’s a crime to say she’s overrated or doesn’t have range because she only plays angsty teenagers, and they just think she’s God’s gift to mankind.
If she was not conventionally attractive, she wouldn’t have half the fans or praise she does. Pretty privilege is a real thing and her co-stars that I think are better at acting than her (Gaten Matarazzo and Caleb McLaughlin) will have to work twice as hard and much before they’re ever recognized like she is IF it’ll ever happen.
Sadie Sink fans might be even worse than Noah Schnapp fans. At the very least, they’re tied.

Caleb’s animated movie did pretty well early in the year, although it was quickly overshadowed by other films. Gaten seems to be more of a natural theater actor but he’ll be in Lin Manuel’s second film. Finn is more focused on his music career at the moment, but he’s been in the most out of all of them in general and even directed his own film. Millie seems to like Netflix films and doesn’t seem to want to branch out. Noah definitely has ambitions to be a serious actor and to do a variety of films, so we’ll see what the future holds. He definitely wouldn’t just settle for Netflix films unless he had to. Sadie obviously is set for the near future with the MCU, and she was really good in the play John Proctor is the Villain which is getting a movie and she’s producing (don’t know if she’ll reprise her role or not).

I don't think it was meant to be a dig. They both are good Netflix actors. I don't see either of them making their way onto bigger screens. Millie is clearly very happy and comfortable with Netflix and with her also starting to produce for them too it's almost inevitable her and Noah end up in a Netflix movie together.
