The nostalgia I feel for live-blogging stranger things seasons the day they come out and how I genuinely can’t believe next year is gonna be the last time I get to do that.

I've been wanting to write something like this for a while now, and here it's:

Please note, this is just my opinion, okay? okay.

I rewatched season 1 this fall, and damn, it was like watching it for the first time. The tension in the show was genuine, even though I already knew what was going to happen next, but I watched it literally episode after episode, heh.

I honestly can't put into words how much I love the first two seasons. The atmosphere! The soundtracks (like "The Upside Down" from season 1 or "Home" from season 2, some of my favorites).

This is what attracted me to the series in the first place: mystery, scientific experiments, references to real "scientific experiments", and ultimately, the trope of a small town with big secrets.

I also like season 3 because it continues the mystery of the mind flayer and adds more body horror. But at the same time, it's hard because of that little ray of sunshine Billy 🤧 So I don't know when I'll rewatch this season... (I don't know why I didn't really interact with the fandom before, eh. And now, after all this time, I'm back and joining the active community. But better late than never).

I'm in no way discounting Season 4 or the work of the actors and crew. It's just that the concept of the Vecna isn't really my thing ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ I can only say that: I like the first half more than the second.

I got a little off topic and so..

I would like to share something else in the future, but for now this is it.
