remember emily the strange? she's a y2k goth icon created by rob reger and his company cosmic debris. emily was created in the early 1990s. a counterculture teen who made her mark along with her black cats. this became apparent in the game emily the strange: strangerous that released on june 10, 2011.

the plot around strangerous revolves around emily's kidnapped cats: mystery, sabbath, miles, and nee chee. the simplistic storyline exists for the player to explore emily's world through professor layton-styled puzzles.

this game's puzzles are not too difficult, so it can be enjoyed by the casual player; however, many emily fans were saddened that the attitude that emily was known for like, "bad meaning good," "emily doesn't get mad, she gets even," or "i want you to leave me alone" was absent from the gameplay. emily originated through a series of stickers and clothing with this philosophical-culture observing sass. what do you think? did you know about emily the strange? have you played the game? let me know🖤

1. What are three shows in your watchlist that you’ve been meaning to get to?

ahh this is actually kinda tough because lately i've just been...watching them. i think eventually i want to get into interview with a vampire based on what ive seen on tumblr. the last couple shows i have wanted to watch that i DID watch are fallout and shogun, which were really good!

18. What’s one historical event that you would have liked to have witnessed?

THE ECLIPSE :( i missed it when it was here!!!! im so bummed i slept through it but there will probably be other chances i hope!!

25. Do you have any piercings or tattoos? Are there any that you want?

i have two tattoos! i have "made in china" on the back of my neck (bc im hilarious) and i have a white girl paw print on my forearm for my dog who passed away. i want to get my nose pierced eventually, maybe both sides and get my ears repierced since they closed
